Ira B. Rubin once said, "Each one of your cats is a distinct, four-footed little person with an individual personality." This is why we are observing the personalities of three different Russian Blue cats and making them costumes based on what we think represents their personality the best.

We are making this website to participate in the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Web Design Contest. The MCWT contest is a web design competition where each competing individual or partnership must code a five page website revolving around a theme. Each website must contain an index page, three main pages of content, and a credits page. This year's theme is "Love Those Pets!"

A pet can come in many different forms ranging from tigers to dogs to rocks. A pet is many different things to many different people. They can be a man's best friend or a child's protector. Most people have pets to keep them company or to cheer them up or just to be there for them and that's why they are important.

Hannah has a 12 year old Chinese Powderpuff Crested dog that she has had since she was four. His name is Piston, he is a grumpy, lazy old dog. Jada has a dog and a cat. Her dog, Rusty, is a 12 year old Boston Terrier Mix who is old and lazy, but still likes to play. Jada's cat is a one year old Russian Blue Mix named Bailey. Bailey likes to do her own thing most of the time but still loves to cuddle and play occasionally. To us, pets make our homes more enjoyable and complete. They provide warmth when we're cold and cuddle us when we are sick. If we didn't have animals in our house, it would be a very different environment.

We have chosen to compare the personality of three different Russian Blue cats; Bailey, Jackson, and Sadie. We will also be making them costumes based on their personalities.
