Less Health Issues

According to Everyday Health, excessive use of technology has created a whole bunch of issues.

Our memory is failing faster because of multitasking so much. Our vision and hearing are getting worse because of the excessive use of technology. We are less emotionally stable because of sleep deprivation and how connected we are with the internet. We have muscle and joint pains and heart troubles because of sitting in the same position for too long.


Without digital technology, even for a week, my health would improve tremendously.
