During my week without technology, I think I would do pretty well. I mostly use my phone and computer for things that can easily be done without modern electronics, like reading or listening to music. I’ve compiled a list of things that can be done with no electronics, to keep me busy during my week without technology. My focus on things, especially my school work, would probably be improved by removing technology. Social media sucks up a lot of my time, so restricting that would allow me to focus on being productive, leaving more time to do other things.
