Recreation
Digital technology is used by millions of people for recreation. Whether you prefer video games, TV, or social media, the odds are unlikely that you don't turn to digital technology for recreation or relaxation occasionally.
According to a report done in 2015 by the Entertainment Software Association, 42% of Americans, or about 150 million people, play video games regularly. This shows how much we rely on digital technology.
If we went a week without digital technology, how would we entertain ourselves?
