When you buy the product online or at the pet store you can customize your dog's collar with his/her name and the background color or print. You can also choose the border color of the screen.
There's not much you have to do to install this collar. All you have to do is put it on your dog and link it to your phone. You link it to your phone by typing in the collar's code into the app "The Healthy Dog" on your phone. You put on this collar like you would with some other collars. You just have to put the velcro through the buckle and velcro it on.(see the instructions below)
