Many schools around the world are switching to a digital technology based curriculum, and it isn't very hard to see why. There are countless online education programs that make teaching easy. Additionally, having access to the internet would mean that research is efficient.

But what if we were to switch to back to a curriculum with no digital technology, even for just a week? This would mean that we wouldn't be able to do projects online, wouldn't be able to easily print papers, and, overall, wouldn't have access to the technology that we've become so accustomed to using.

If we went a week without digital technology, how would we learn?
