In middle school, I took an introductory course to computers. The class focused on correct usage of Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets. We also spent some time learning cybersafety, what plagarism is, and correct typing skills. I also took a class later in middle school titled Coding. The class spent most of the year using block coding on Code.org to create simple animations and games. This class also spent some time teaching the prototype process, revision process based on feedback, and simple graphic designs.
This year, I am taking a computer class called Computer Science I. It focuses mainly on how to create a website using html, CSS, and Bootstrap. We are also spending time on how computers are built, making graphic designs, and how to correctly use spreadsheets.

Used the basis of bootstrap to create a menu at the top of the screen. The code was not edited, but some of it was overridden by my stylesheet.
I used GNU Image Manipulator Program 2.0 to edit a couple of my images to make them the same width to height ratio.
Almost all the pictures are original pictures from Steve Mattison, Beth Mattison's husband. The lion, lamb, and wolf picture (used with permission from the artist) is from Maggie Seeks the Kingdom of God, drawn by Casey Kiel, whose works can be found at caseykiel.com. The pictures of the ocean sparkling, the two mountains, and the two people on the beach are my original images taken by my family.
