In order to further my understanding of the topic at hand, I decided that I had to conduct further research on the topic. In order to do so, I gathered five of my friends and had a food fight in my backyard. For ten minutes, we threw spaghetti, cold beans, applesauce, mashed potatoes, flour, and dry oats at each other, as well as squirted ketchup and ranch at each other. It was an extremely enlightening experience: I found that spaghetti is definitely the messiest in real-world context and that it takes forever to get mashed potatoes out of your hair with a hose. My friends also found out that they are willing to put up with a lot from me.

For those that are not able to conduct similar research, I put together a survey so they could put in their opinion on the subject. The answers to these questions are things to consider when aiming to conduct similar research.
