There is a few things that you need to remember when picking out treats for your cats. They can be anything, but when you are getting them, make sure you are gettong the ones that are right for them. Here are a few helpful tips:
Avoid people food, fresh tuna and small amounts of cheese can do good things for your cat, but should be a very minimal part of your cats diet, also try to avoid toxic food such as raisons and grapes. Always remember that overweight cats need extra care, and that looking for "low fat" food and treats may be recommended. But, when looking for these foods, do not compromise on the things your cat needs and enjoys. Cat Nip is a very good low calorie food that cats will enjoy! Tip: After cats experience something they do not like, it is a good idea to give them a treat, apoligizing in a way. After a nail trimming or a bath give them a treat to cheer them back up!
