Chocolate chip cookies are probably the first thing you think of when someone says cookies. They’re the most popular type of cookie; it’s easy to go to most stores and get a container of chocolate chip cookies or premade chocolate chip cookie dough.
There are plenty different types of chocolate chip cookie recipes; I will be making chocolate chip cookies from the Pillsbury tub. My mom always makes them that way and they turn out great each time. On this page I will be comparing Pillsbury cookies to store made cookies bought from Kroger. The first chocolate chip cookies were the size of a quarter. According to Brown Eyed Baker chocolate chip cookies are a classic favorite cookie. 
I had people vote for which type of chocolate chip cookie they liked better during lunch.
Not only did everyone enjoy taste testing the cookies, I got great feedback. I had 89 people taste test and vote on which they liked better, homemade or store bought. 57 people said they liked the homemade chocolate chip cookies. That leaves 32 people that liked the store bought better. In the future if you need chocolate chip cookies you are better off taking the time making them yourself. According to my data from the taste testing, bakers are better off taking the time to make cookies themselves as opposed to buying premade cookies.
